We believe service is a way to live out faith in action. At Kinergy, volunteers help create a welcoming, Christ-centered environment where people can grow in wellness, community, and spiritual life.

Serving with Kinergy is a meaningful way to use your time and talents while supporting the mission of the center.

Youth & Family Support

Help create a safe and engaging environment for children and youth through supervision and support during designated activities.

Roles may include:

  • Nursery and childcare support

  • Youth activity supervision

  • Homework and open gym support

Hospitality & Community Support

Help welcome and assist members, guests, and participants throughout the facility.

Roles may include:

  • Greeting and assisting guests

  • Supporting events and gatherings

  • Helping maintain a welcoming environment

Facilities & Grounds

Support the care and upkeep of the Kinergy Center campus.

Roles may include:

  • Cleaning and general facility support

  • Snow removal, landscaping, and outdoor upkeep

  • Event setup and teardown

Media, Communications & Technology

Assist with creative and technical needs that support ministry and operations.

Roles may include:

  • Media production and editing

  • Website and communications support

  • Technology setup and troubleshooting

Teaching & Spiritual Development

Help support faith-based programming and community growth.

Roles may include:

  • Leading or assisting Bible studies

  • Teaching approved classes or workshops

  • Supporting discipleship programs

Leadership & Ministry Support

Help guide and strengthen the overall ministry operations.

Roles may include:

  • Volunteer coordination

  • Administrative and communication support

  • Ministry leadership assistance

Commitment

Most volunteer roles require a flexible time commitment of a few hours per month. Specific expectations vary by position and will be discussed during onboarding.
