    Sat: 10:00a - 12:00p

  • (7 days a week, 365 days a year)
    Mon - Sat: 5:00a - 11:00p
    Sun: 3:00p - 11:00p

    • For safety and liability, fitness guests are only permitted during staffed hours
      (please see the staffed hours above)

  • Ages 13+ are welcome with a parent/supervisor.

    16+ with parent consent, but welcome to exercise unsupervised.

  • Guests are welcome to visit during staffed hours. A brief drop-in waiver must be completed at the front desk to access all lifestyle center amenities.
